RECAP- Our Vacation on Carnival Cruise 🌴

Matt and I recently returned from a 4-day Mexico Cruise aboard the Carnival Radiance, marking our first Carnival Cruise experience since 2018. Accompanied by our friends Brenda and Al, we enjoyed the cruise, known as the "FUN SHIP," to the fullest. The food on board was just as delicious as we remembered, with Shacks Chicken being a favorite among us all. Our days were filled with deck parties, shows, mini golf, and heartfelt conversations with friends. Although I hoped to try the water slide, the weather was too chilly for that activity.

During our trip, we explored Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico. On Catalina Island, we strolled through charming shops and neighborhoods, admiring the beautiful plants and trees. A local vendor recommended The Sand Trap for a taste of authentic local cuisine, and it did not disappoint. The salsa, guacamole, and tacos we shared were delightful, and the blooming flowers and gigantic succulents added to the serene walk.

In Ensenada, we ventured to the Blow Hole and Flea Market with the help of Javier, our taxi driver turned tour guide. The Blow Hole was a remarkable sight, with water shooting up dramatically behind us. Javier also led us to a fantastic restaurant where we savored fresh clam dishes, a whole fried fish, and exquisite ceviche. We enjoyed our time with Javier so much that we treated him to lunch as a token of our appreciation.
